Wow! What a GREAT DJ!! We had Don for my dads 81st birthday so as you can imagine there were multiple generations. He was able to have music from the 50’s all the way to current. Dad loved all the “oldies” and the younger kids fell in love with this music also. As for the teenagers and young adults he had all the current music but was able to keep to fun and not to loud for the elderly. If you want a DJ this is definitely the one to get!!!
Will hire him again for future events!
Don was wonderful. We hired him last minute on same day as event. He came right over to set up. Came early for the event so we could have some back up music. Offered a wide selection of music. Played what guest requested. We will be having him back.
I found DJ Don through this app and he was so wonderful to work with. He answered all my question in a timely matter. He made the booking process very easy and he is very very reasonably priced for brides on a budget. I can’t wait to have him at my wedding and to entertain my guests.

Don did an amazing song he was able to get everyone dancing. He completely customized the music he played to our taste. He responds quickly. He’s also funny, and kind. He want over things with us before and adjusted as needed and quickly when a problem arose. 1000/10 would recommend!

DJ Don was the absolute best pick we could have made for the Wasatch Mountain Club’s centennial birthday party. He was very interested in hearing my expectations before the event, took time to plan for it, and quickly got the party goers up and dancing without me bribing anyone! We hired Don for DJ services for the Grand Opening of Sierra in Logan. I can’t say enough about how awesome of a guy he is and the great job that he did! He was extremely friendly, professional, played an awesome mix that the customers loved and had great engagement with the customers! If I could give more stars I would!
I hired Don to DJ a wedding with a days notice when I realized I was in over my head with “playlist duty”. It was a great decision, and was credited with greatly improving an imperfectly planned wedding. He was super responsive, and got prepared with songs for the ceremony and first dances in no time at all. At the event he was able to navigate difficult noise regulations and sound system requirements from the venue. We gave him almost no guidance on what to play other than a few song requests, and he was able to read the room and get everyone from 20 year olds to 70 year olds dancing for the last hours of the wedding. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely hire him again, with more notice, if I was helping plan another wedding or large event.
DJ Don helped me run a NBA All star event that stood up to the leagues professional standard. He was early, responsive and had creative views that helped in the overall planning process.

Don was awesome! He was on top of things announcements, songs, equipment, Time stamps and more, he even had his own list of questions prepared for our shoe game. He was affordable definitely within our budget given that we were a small wedding with no more than 45 guests, great communicating, and responsive to all our questions/requests.

DJ Don did an amazing job DJing my wedding reception! I was a bride from Illinois getting married in Oregon, so we did not meet in person. I gave him outlines of the timeline of the night as well as playlists with our lists of songs. We had a phone call prior to the event going over everything which gave me peace of mind. He did a great job playing all of my songs along with the ones I did not have on my list, but that he picked on his own from seeing what our style was through the playlists we did create. He was respectful, on time, and definitely worth every penny!! Would highly recommend!
It was very good experience having DJ Don at our high school prom, with good transitions between songs, very fun!

Dj don honestly helped create the perfect atmosphere at our wedding! If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. He played everything we requested and then some. Don got the older generation out on the dance floor to new music and got the younger generation dancing and moving to the oldies/classics!! Definitely will be using again if and when for large parties and functions.

Don was really easy to work with and kept in touch to really clarify the music options we wanted. I had some random songs picked, but he took the time to make sure it was all correct. The only thing we wanted more of was dj interaction with the crowd.

I was sending out feelers to find a DJ for the University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science Graduate Convocation. We have hired bands before, but I thought a DJ was a good option to check out. From the initial email, Don was responsive and inquisitive about what “feel” we might want and what “genre” or “songs” he could start working off of to create a playlist. To note, this was a few weeks in advance and before he even had the gig. I thought, this guy really likes music, and more than that he gets the fact that it is not his event. His goal throughout the process was to make sure the needs/feels of the client were met. His initial communication and engagement in the event made me feel confident in his ability to provide the sound we wanted. CSBS Graduate Convocation was on 5/5, Cinco de Mayo, so we had taco carts for food (makes sense, doesn’t it). We wanted the music to have a lean towards the latin but also with a bunch of good feel music people of all generations and cultural backgrounds would find some familiarity with. And wow!! Did he deliver! You can give him a playlist and he can deliver hours of music! Danielle

Everyone at our Holiday Party enjoyed the music. Don played a variety of music and he added special music effect when we had door prize drawings. Several employees ask me if I will hire him for our next Holiday Party and I definitely will.

There are some people that just excel at what they do.Don can read a room better than anyone and figure out what the vibe/mood is. He then expertly matches the music to fit that moment. That’s experience and talent, and it’s what you get with Don. We were so happy to have him at our wedding and cannot recommend him enough. He will be as involved as you want him to be, or you can just relax and let him run the music and know you’re in good hands. A true professional. You can’t go wrong with Don!
